Vinte Vinte’s new organic range is born from a single plantation — Mava Ottange, in the Sambirano region of Madagascar, one of the world’s most renowned cocoa terroirs for its biodiversity and exceptional quality.

Produced exclusively with organic cocoa, this chocolate respects sustainable agricultural practices and a fully transparent value chain, from producer to chocolate bar.

In this more intense and elegant expression, the reduced sugar content allows the full complexity of the cocoa to emerge. The profile becomes more sophisticated, with notes of raspberry, redcurrant and red plum, accompanied by green apple and vibrant citrus notes of lemon and lime, evoking almost the sensation of citrus peel.

The acidity is firm and pronounced, the bitterness lingers, and the finish becomes drier and more precise.

This is a contemplative chocolate, crafted to be savoured slowly and attentively, revealing successive layers of flavour over time.
